Not just with your eyes, but with the gaze of your soul. Lift your heart toward heaven and behold the unthinkable truth: the God of creation calls you His child. Not because you earned it, not because you proved yourself—but because He lavished His love on you.
This is not a restrained, polite love. It’s a love that pours like rain in drought. A love that wraps you in the robes of sonship while you still smell like the pigpen. A love that chose a crown of thorns so you could wear a crown of grace.
And if God has declared you His child, no earthly rejection can define you. No sin-stained past can erase your place at His table. You are not just called His child. You are.
So walk today not as a spiritual orphan, begging for scraps of joy, but as the beloved of the Father. Your name is written in the palms of His hands. His Spirit testifies with yours—you belong.
Today’s Prayer June 23, 2025
Father, I am overwhelmed by the love You have lavished on me. Though I’ve wandered, You’ve never withheld Your grace. Thank You for calling me Your child—not by merit, but by mercy. Teach me to live from that truth today. Let every fear, every doubt, every lie be silenced by the sound of Your voice calling me home. May I never forget the price You paid to make me Yours. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
