There are prayers you’ve dared to whisper—and then there are dreams so deep, you’ve never found the words for them.
Perhaps you’ve settled into believing that what is will always be. That the story has peaked. That the door is closed. But Scripture says otherwise.
Ephesians 3:20 doesn’t speak to a God who simply listens—it proclaims a God who overflows. A God not confined by your imagination, your circumstances, or your history. He specializes in “immeasurably more”—and He does it within you, not just around you.
Think of Abraham beneath the stars, counting the impossible. Of the bleeding woman, who only touched the edge of His cloak. Of the disciples, watching five loaves become a feast. None of them knew what was coming—but all of them stepped toward a God who did.
You may be walking through silence today. Maybe the answer hasn’t come. Maybe the dream seems delayed. But hear this: delay is not denial, and small prayers are not safety—they are missed invitations. God doesn’t want your well-edited hopes. He wants the real, raw, bold ones—the ones you’re almost afraid to say aloud.
Don’t limit a limitless God.
Ask again. Dream again. Trust again.
Because He is still the God of immeasurably more.
Prayer for June 7, 2025
Lord, I confess how small my prayers can be. How often I let fear and fatigue shape what I believe is possible. But today, I choose to remember who You are—extravagant in mercy, overflowing in power, faithful beyond measure. I offer You my hopes, my hurts, and even the dreams I’ve buried. Do more in me, and through me, than I can ask or imagine. Not for my glory—but so Your name would be known. In Jesus’ name, amen.
